Yoga is often billed as a spiritual practice that exercises body and soul. Others view yoga as a precursor to good sex; it not only increases the number of sex positions you can hold by enhancing your flexibility and strength, but it also helps you create a body that looks good naked. Norwegian photographer, Peter Hegre, recently highlighted the erotic nature of yoga by posting a series of photos on Reddit of his wife, Luba Shumeyko, holding a variety of stunning yoga poses while naked. Some yoga purists view these as instructional images that help students visualize which muscle groups various poses are working. Perhaps, but these photos also serve as advertisements for Hegre's skill as a world renowned erotic photographer, and Shumeyko's talents as a nude model and yoga instructor.
