Kink.com’s blog Kinky.com recently released the video "Porn 101," for aspiring performers interested in working in the adult industry. The video provides a general overview of all the basics about a career in porn: contacting an agent, negotiating your rate, taxes, STIs, grooming, what to bring to set, alternative forms of income, and much more.
The video was produced by the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee (APAC), which is a community of industry professionals dedicated to improving the safety and working conditions in the adult film industry. The video features a wide range of performers, including Asa Akira, Jessica Drake, Kylie Ireland, Chanel Preston, Bonnie Rotten, Kelly Shibari, Dani Daniels, Stoya, James Deen, Xander Corvus, and Kimberly Kane.
