Well, this weekend was definitely one for the books. It was so busy, but we couldn’t have had more fun! Between finishing up our month-long promo with New Belgium and all of the Pride Weekend festivities in St. Pete, the Street Team was busier than ever.Friday and Saturday marked the end of our June New Belgium promo. This partnership with the brewery was absolutely fantastic! We got to chat with so many of you, give away tons of free stuff and tap into the Tampa Bay beer scene. Congratulations to Jesse Navarro of Madeira Beach! He spun our wheel, was entered into our Fat Tire cruiser contest and ended up with the winning bike lock code on Saturday night at Paddywagon in downtown Tampa! Jesse ended his night by cruising away on a brand new Fat Tire bike—how perfect?
While some of the Street Team members were wrapping up our New Belgium dates on Saturday, another bunch was out on the streets of Central Avenue in St. Pete, showing their pride! This year, we got to participate in both the Pride Weekend Night Parade and Sunday’s Street Festival. Both events were faaabulous! We handed out tons of CL swag perfect for the season—totes, beach balls and tees—and snapped so many pictures of people showing pride in our photo booth. Definitely a Pride Weekend we won’t soon forget!
