After the long holiday weekend, the Street Team is back at it, making a scene and giving away so much free stuff. This weekend, we’ll be out and about promoting Margarita Wars at your favorite Tampa Bay restaurants—all of which are either providing food samplings or battling head-to-head in the competition, presented by Cuestión Tequila.We’re getting a head start on the weekend tonight (Thursday) at St. Pete’s Mandarin Hide on Central Avenue. We’ll have our trusty wheel in tow with some of the coolest CL swag for you to land on, a giant piñata and we’ll be giving away discount codes for Margarita Wars tickets!
On Friday, we’re taking it to the streets of Dunedin, setting up at Casa Tina. A little birdie told us that the dish that Casa Tina is bringing to Margarita Wars is Rajas Tamales (steamed corn-filled chili “dumplings” wrapped in a corn husk)—sounds like the epitome of "Fresh, Healthy, Authentic Mexican" to us!
Find us just a few storefronts down on Saturday, at Sea Sea Riders in Dunedin. This quaint downtown Dunedin joint offers some of the best steak and seafood in the Tampa Bay area, and we can’t wait to see what they whip up for the war.
