Now entering its ninth year, the Real Fighting Championships will have its biggest fight card in its history when Newbreed — RFC 31 takes over the A La Carte Pavilion on Friday starting at 8 p.m.
Considered the longest running professional Mixed Martial Arts promotional event in Florida, the event typically sells out so the organization recommends reserving tickets online before arriving. The 11-fight card will feature several local fighters including Ivan Delvalle, Sean Hollis, Dave Mundell, Jay Marrero, Billy Quarantillo, Luis Zequeira, Jay Beharry, Abby Velazquez and Aalon Cruz.
For those who have never attended the RFC event at the A La Carte Pavilion, people typically get dressed to impress similar to the high profile events seen on TV.
Fans sit around a hexagon cage that is situated in the middle of the main convention hall with VIP seating surrounding it. Other seating lines the rest of the hall with a standing room only section towards the entrance of the hall.
Ticket prices are as listed: general admission — $30; VIP (reserved seating) — $50, $60 and $75; cocktail table — $300 (4 seats); VIP table — $600 (8 seats); ringside table — $1,000 (8 seats). For more information, visit rfcmma.com or purchase tickets here.
