Late-night eats after beats

We love hangouts that provide patrons with a space to hear solid tunes and enjoy a meal all in one, but since CL’s Music Issue includes a number of such venues this year, here’s a list of eateries open long after the concerts end. From walk-up windows to sit-down quickies, they’re categorized by locale, so you can easily choose a restaurant based on which venue you’re leaving.

North Pinellas

South Pinellas

CROWLEY’S DOWNTOWN Good ol’ Irish pub fare that pairs well with an ice-cold beer. Open until 3 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. 269 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, 727-821-1111, crowleysdowntown.com.

Seminole Heights/Mid-east Tampa

TACO BUS The Epic Problem crowd loves this Mexican noshery-on-wheels, which functions as a meeting place for those who want to prolong the hangs. Taco Bus stays open until 4 a.m. most days, operating 24 hours Thursdays through Saturdays. There are locations near USF Tampa, downtown Tampa, St. Pete and Brandon with different hours. 913 E. Downtown Tampa

North Tampa/USF area

CALIFORNIA TACOS TO GO A walk-up taco stand that does San Diego-inspired Mexican eats right. For take-away or stand-and-eat, Cali Tacos operates until midnight Tuesdays through Sundays. 1450 Skipper Road, Tampa, 813-971-8226, californiatacostogo.com.

Ybor City

GREEN IGUANA BAR & GRILL Housed in a historic two-story building, this restaurant’s been a sit-down mainstay in Ybor for 20 years. Burgers, naked tacos, sammies and more make up the menu.
