Deep-voiced Godfather of Goth Peter Murphy has graced locals with his presence on a few occasions over the years, and the feedback is always the same: dude still knows how to rock ‘n’ roll with the dour man’s swagger, decades after his Bauhaus days. In 2013, he was on his solo “Mr. Moonlight Tour,” doing his late band’s songs with none of his former band members, instead joined by a fresh young trio. This time around, he makes for a date postponed from earlier this year and has a fresh 10th album of new material to pimp out and play — the brooding and burning Lion.
