The Mellow Mushroom pizzeria franchise will showcase its menu from 1974 on Wednesday, Aug. 20, to commemorate its 40th anniversary.Dubbed "Way Back Wednesday," the all-day throwback at MM locations across the country, including the Tampa, Brandon and Clearwater restaurants in the region, will serve up a number of offerings for what they cost in '74.
Diners may score a small cheese pizza for $2.50, 30-cent Coke products and Michelob, Budweiser or PBR cold ones for 75 cents.
A trip to Amsterdam for two is also up for grabs. Diners will be eligible to win if they take an in-store photo with a backdrop of the first MM eatery and post it to Instagram, or 40yearsbaked.com, with the hashtag #40YearsBaked.
