Our second stop is at MC Film, the adorably eclectic store at the corner entrance to GaYbor. Inside, the entire spectrum of possible men’s undergarments is found next to pride flags, novelty items, and a large collection of LGBT films.
For lunch the best bet will always be Carmine’s Seventh Avenue on the 1800 block of Seventh Ave. Here you will find what most native Yboreans believe to be the most satisfying lunch on the strip. Make sure to order the Devil Crab Cakes, it’s a favorite!
After Cuban rice and beans, a light dessert from YoBoys will hit the spot. This yogurt joint is new to Seventh Ave, but it has been popular since the first day it opened, four months ago. Its street style, loud music and late night tacos are constantly bringing people in.
Lastly, in order to get around, very few things are as historical as the Ybor City Trolley. The tracks connect Ybor to the entire Tampa Bay area. The street-level cars allow everyone to enjoy the beautiful sights that cannot be missed, such as the Centro Ybor Muvico and Channelside.
