Grand National Championships
GNC celebrates 10 years on ’MNF this December, and for good reason: few radio shows support the local indie music scene with as much dedication, love and cheeky humor while also turning folks on to good national tunes (and breathing some hipness into WMNF’s programming). Ring-led by Alastair St. Hill with generous help from co-hosts Jerrad McLeod and Corin Aitchison, the GNC-ers not only bring in bands to play in the station’s live music studio, they also record the sessions and post them to Bandcamp for free download.
