St. Petersburg's Sylvia's Queen of Soul Food will offer diners a complimentary buffet-style breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Friday.The restaurant's neighbors with the historic Manhattan Casino, and is serving up the deal to celebrate its one-year anniversary.
Sylvia's slings Carolina-style fried catfish, okra-tomato gumbo and more in addition to its breakfast offerings.
