Downtown St. Petersburg's EDGE District, which extends along Central Avenue, as well as First Avenue North and South, is set to launch its new Third Thursdays event starting at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20.
Businesses like bars, restaurants and retail shops call the walkable district home, and the recurring gathering adds to the downtown area's existing lineup of once-a-month events, including its Second Saturday ArtWalk.
More than 30 EDGE establishments will participate in the family- and pooch-friendly Third Thursdays, which run until 9 p.m., according to a Bay News 9 report.
Restaurants plan to highlight date-night menu offerings while the EDGE farmers' market happens at its usual locale near The Amsterdam and soon-to-open Red Mesa Mercado. A pub crawl will also take place.
A part-street, part-sidewalk festival, extended hours at retail stores and live music are among the event's other features.
