Brewing up a grungy grinding brand of alt rock seethe n' heavy psychedelic roil, California's dark sons Queens of the Stone Age make their way to Tampa Bay backing excellent self-produced sixth studio album …Like Clockwork, among my shortlist of favorites for 2013. [jump]After a tour that brought North Carolina's beloved brothers-led Americana/folk rock outfit howling and crooning close to the Bay area, but not quite to our sandy shores (Orlando's UCF Arena last Saturday night), Avett Brothers will return to Florida backing latest full-length Magpie and the Dandelion, and hit the USF Sun Dome on Sat., March 29, 2014.
