[jump]University of Tampa's 2013 Sister Cities Arte Exhibition continues in the Bailey Art Studios. The exhibition, presented by Tampa Sister Cities Committee Inc. and the Scarfone/Hartley, is the first juried international exhibition of works by artists from Tampa’s oldest Sister City: Barranquilla, Colombia. Run ends Dec. 4. A great time to see it is tomorrow. From 7 to 9 p.m., a special mayoral reception will honor Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn and Elsa Noguera, mayor of Barranquilla.
