Tampa's must-see event for art/pop culture lovers is Toons, a lighthearted exhibition of works by 53 Tampa Bay artists at Bluelucy’s pop-up gallery in Ybor City. Each artist in the show has used a 15-inch by 15-inch panel to pay homage to a cartoon character.
