Warm beignets, house-made granola and lychee mimosas outfit the new Sunday brunch at Channelside's Bamboozle Tea Lounge. The offerings will debut from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Owner Lynn Pham, who opened the tea lounge in 2012, developed the bill of fare using fresh, local ingredients. Serving brunch will allow diners to relax and recharge as the weekend comes to a close, Pham said in a press release.
Teas, smoothies, coconut juice and Viet-fusion specialties will round off the offerings.
Bamboozle Cafe, Pham's flagship resto in downtown Tampa, began showcasing its new 500-calorie menu near the beginning of the month, too.
If lychee mimosas aren't enough, the downtown St. Pete Acropolis now caters to the brunch crowd through eats like baklava waffles, scrambles and a traditional Greek yogurt parfait with honey drizzle.
There's also classic breakfast grub and a kids' menu, but go for the crepes filled with Nutella, Bavarian creme or fresh fruit instead.
Acropolis' Champagne Brunch is offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
